Harry Kane shared a positive update on his injury on social media as he plans to watch Bayern Munich in action from home on Tuesday.

  • WHAT HAPPENED?

    The England captain limped off during Bayern's 1-1 draw with Borussia Dortmund last month, with it later emerging he had torn a muscle fibre in his thigh. There were major concerns over Kane's condition and it was speculated that the striker might not feature for the club anymore in 2024. However, on Tuesday, the star player shared an update on his injury.

    Taking to Instagram, Kane shared a photograph of himself back on the training pitch as he wrote in the caption, "Back out on the grass today with a ball which was great. Rehab coming along well! Will be watching the lads from home later."

    The Bavarian club have struggled in the absence of their first choice No.9 as after the draw against Dortmund, they faced elimination from the DFB Pokal round of 16 after losing to reigning champions Bayer Leverkusen. In their last Bundesliga game against Heidenheim, they had to fight hard for a 4-2 win with Jamal Musiala starring after coming on from the bench.
