  Earps has documented her trip to Silverstone to watch the Grand Prix, having previously stepped behind the wheel. She attended as a guest of McLaren, and was even gifted a custom-made jacket emblazoned with her name. The soon-to-be PSG goalkeeper posted a video of her in the pit, revealing her excitement at getting up close and personal with the supercars of F1.

  Earps said on Instagram: "Hey guys, Mary Earps here! You're probably sick of seeing me by now but I'm so excited to be here. I'm in the McLaren garage right now. Can't wait for the race this afternoon. Come on McLaren!"

  She was also joined by Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke.

• THE GOSSIP

  Earps has made a major change this summer, having left Manchester United and agreed a move to PSG. The goalkeeper has previously played abroad with Wolfsburg, but is now set to move to France.
